I am trying to get in to the registery so I can change the limit allowed for my ring tone can anyone help? Trying to put one of my mp3's and it keeps on going to the windows tone

Are you using a reg editor like Total Commander or Resco?

If you have to ask how to get into the registry then dont mess with it and you might mess something else up.
Best think to do is download Ccleaner - it's free and can fix registry issues for you automatically.
Go to http://www.ccleaner.com and follow the links to download it.
Then run it and click on the registry button, then click on scan and clean.
Run the cleaner several times, until no registry issues are found and then re-boot your computer. That should fix your issues.
