disable realplayer? (trying tcpmp)

I downloaded tcpmp and the flash bundle so I can play youtube vids but realplayer keeps playing as the default. I've given ALL file associations to tcpmp bit it realplayer still picks up. In my realplayer the "preferences" menu option is grayed-out so I can't adjust.

Any help?
