microdoft active sync and 3 three phones

can i use 3 phones with the microsoft active sync. we have 2 tilts and 1 blackjack I. when you sync one phone all the info goes on the other phones as well. is there some way to set this up so that each phone has their own sync file.

I did it by creating a user account for each phone in my PC.
