real GPS programs

any one knoe of a free GPS program that will give audio and turn by turn driving directions? i tried telenav , but it was liek google maps on my phone , thanks

How can I convert the tilt GPS to works as the HTC BRANDED TYTN II and not with the GPS OF AT&T?

Load GPSTest and run it prior to starting your GPS program. I start GPSTest and Google Maps or LiveSearch start the GPS instantly! After opening your GPS program, click on menu and "Start GPS" or "Center on GPS" to get your location.

Where can I get GPSTest? I tried googling it and everything I found wouldn't run on the Tilt.
