I've tried a bunch of them and I currently use Winterface as suggested above. But if you want more of an iPhone look, I STRONGLY suggest iFonz. It's real simple to install, configure and use. And the best part? It's free unlike all the others listed above.

Well, it's not a total fix, but if you're desperate there's a couple options.

First you can try S2U2, it's a iPhone like unlocking screen. I like it a lot and it works great. If the regular download doesn't work, try the mirror.

And then there's iFonz. It's a pretty impressive shell and very customizeable, albeit it takes a while to get it set up the way you want. Hopefully the link should work...
