flashing tilt to look like kaiser.

I have a at&t tilt unlocked and i've read that it is possible to flash it with the htc kaiser rom so it will have the kaiser home screen. Has anyone got any info on this because i'm interested in having this done. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

you don't need to flash anything. to be honest unless you're extremely good with computers and software i wouldn't risk flashing the rom. however you can get that same homescreen. what i would do is go to the xda developers forum and find the htc kaiser home plugin file. its on there somewhere. and i believe there is a new version. i'm going to redownload it again in a bit to check out the new one. as i've been using spb pocket plus

i keep flashing a new almost every day its not hard. yes i do have back ground in computers but my g/f who only knows how to turn it on can flash a new rom to hers.

I didn't mean everyday everyday but I have had occasionally flash a couple of roms in one week. I learned it wasn't the bastion idea to keep flashing roms when my first tilt gave out.

In the applications I will upload the official HTC Windows Mobile 6.1 Rom and Radio update. Once you download this and flash your Rom, look at my other posts in the applications section and find the HTC 6 tab and the HTC home page. Your phone will now have 6.1 and look like the HTC Kaiser.

Actually, I just found out that you can only uploade 7.93 mbs. and the file is actually around 90 mbs.
