need help installing games

I've downloaded 3 games from this website onto my SD card from my Tilt. i went under "file explorer" to open them and it says " there is no application associated with "game name". run the application first, then open this file from within the application." How can i open these files? thanks so much

on that game you have to load it on your computer first and then follow the directions on how to put it on your phone
