Kaiser Teak is Teakin me out

This app sounds like just what I need for the screen time out in the dialer. But I cant seem to get it to work. I keep getting this error message when I try to run it "unable to open file "\kaisertweak.xml"

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You need both the application and the XML file of KaiserTweak to run the app. What I reccommend doing is going into file explorer and creating a folder called KaiserTweak. In here put the KaiserTweak application and XML file and then run the app. If you want, you can put them anywhere in storage, but the two files MUST be litterally in the same folder (I have both files in my programs menu, but they are still in the same place).
